1. What topics will the surveys and discussions cover?

The surveys will cover a variety of topics around many elements that affect SRP customers. Such topics might include new program and product ideas, reactions to communication pieces as well as a variety of other topics

2. How will my responses to the survey be used?

Your responses, along with responses from other panel members, will serve as key input for SRP strategic decisions and improvement efforts.

3. How many surveys will I be asked to do a year?

That will vary, but we expect a combination of about 20 surveys, forums and quick polls per year.

4. How frequently do I have to participate?

It is completely up to you! There is no minimum number of times you must participate in our surveys, and you can cancel your membership at any time.

5. How do I change my password?

You can change your password by logging into the portal at SRPBizconnect.net and updating your profile information under the edit profile button.

6. How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by logging into the portal at SRPBizconnect.net and updating your profile information under the edit profile button.

7. How do I recommend the panel to somebody?

Send them a link to the portal SRPBizconnect.net and ask them to click on the Join Now button on the portal page.

8. How do I participate in SRP BizConnect.net surveys?

As a SRPBizconnect.net member, all you have to do is watch your email for survey invitations. We'll invite you to participate in surveys we think you'll be qualified for based on the profile you provided during registration. Survey invitations will include the topic of the study, the reward or incentive being offered for taking the survey and the URL where you can access the survey on the web. You are never obligated to participate.

10. How do I 'unsubscribe' from SRP Biz Connect?
